The Haggerty Manufacturing Center was developed in 1965 and occupied by the same user until 2021. Douglas Capital Partners acquired the property in 2019 with three years of lease term remaining and an untapped potential due to a severely below market, in-place rent. Upon the expiration of that lease term, value was created through the re-tenanting of the building to MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions and both a major expansion of the building and significant, interior renovations.
